Benjamin Jones, MD

Board Certified | Family Medicine

Dr. Benjamin Jones joined Mid South Internal Medicine in 2024. He came to us from the Dedicated Senior Medical Center where he served as Center Medical Director.

Dr. Jones graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He followed that with medical school at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, after which he completed his residency at Resurrection Health Family Medicine. Dr. Jones is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has extensive experience in primary care for all ages, prenatal care, and colposcopy. Dr. Jones has been recognized as a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine. His medical interests include family medicine, primary care, sports medicine, and women’s health, among others.

When he is not working, Dr. Jones enjoys playing the blues guitar, participating in his church’s worship team, sketching, and many active, outdoor sports.
